Shipping Policy

1Local warehouse delivery

If you choose local warehouse delivery, your order ships from the nearest distribution centre and typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

2European warehouse

Our European warehouse is now operational, with parcels typically delivered within 1–6 business days. European warehouse delivery is available to:

3International (China) warehouse

For regions outside the areas above, orders ship from our China warehouse via FedEx International, taking approximately 5–15 business days. Free shipping is not offered on these orders; combining multiple items in one order lowers the shipping cost per item.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. By default we ship the standard international-market version of each product; some items are pre-sale, in which case the estimated shipping date is shown in the product description.

4Taxes & duties

VapSolo does not charge any sales tax or export tax. Any import duties, VAT and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable if products are confiscated by customs. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

5Split shipments & lost parcels

Large orders may be split into multiple packages, each with its own tracking number, so parts of your order may arrive separately. If a package is lost due to a logistics error, we will cover the loss with a full refund.

6Non-delivery

If your package has not been delivered within 25 working days after it was shipped, please contact our support team so we can arrange a reshipment or a refund.

7Damaged, lost or incorrect items

To help us investigate quickly, please report delivery issues within these windows:

• Visible outer-box damage or transport damage: within 48 hours of receipt.
• Missing items or the wrong item shipped: within 3 business days of receipt.
• Dead on arrival or an obvious functional failure: within 7 calendar days of receipt.
